EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: Lina Dzuverovic

Lina Dzuverovic co-founded Electra in May 2003 (wih Anne Hilde Neset) and has been running it since. She has been named the 2006 deciBel Mid-Career Curatorial Fellow. Formerly Lina was New Media Curator at London's ICA and prior to this she worked for The Wire Magazine, Mute Magazine, The Lux Centre for Film, Video and Digital Art and the Pandaemonium Festival Of The Moving Image. Recent projects she has commissioned, produced and realized with Electra include a film/performance commission 'Perfect Partner' by Kim Gordon, Tony Oursler and Phil Morrison (Barbican Centre), group exhibition 'Her Noise' (South London Gallery), 'Sound And The Twentieth Century Avant Garde' lectures (Tate Modern), soundtrack consultancy on films by Daria Martin, working with composers Zeena Parkins and Maja Ratkje respectively, 'The Sounds Of Christmas' installation by Christian Marclay (Tate Modern), 'Emotional Orchestra' and 'Sheer Frost Orchestra' by Marina Rosenfeld (Tate Modern), 'Once Seen' Programme for The British Council (Oslo and Tromso, Norway). Lina also regularly writes for contemporary art and music magazines and her writing has appeared in Artforum, Contemporary, Mute, The Wire and Res Magazine.

PRODUCTION AND FINANCE MANAGER: Irene Revell

Irene Revell has worked in arts administration for various small organisations including IMPRO, COMA (Contemporary Music-Making for Amateurs) and Share Music and came to Electra in 2004. She played a major part in the production of both Perfect Partner and 'Her Noise' as well as producing various smaller projects. Irene's background is in the DIY music community: she was a co-organiser and the music programmer of the Ladyfest London festival (2002), and Bring Yourself Festival, Bristol (2004) and has put together many smaller music, performance and film events, including most recently curating one of the Whitechapel Art Gallery's 'late night Fridays - adventures in music' series.

MARKETING AND ADMINISTRATION CO-ORDINATOR: Dawn Scarfe

Dawn worked as Programme Administrator at Modern Art Oxford from 2004 to 2005. As well as being the administrator for the Exhibitions Team she contributed to the programming and facilitating of gallery talks and education events. She also assisted the production of the gallery's publications and marketing materials. Dawn has a keen interest in projects which explore the boundaries between art and music. She has a BA in Fine Art  and an MMus in Studio Composition. Her own art practice is concerned with site specific sound and in particular how sound can inform or distort our perception of a place. PRODUCTION MANAGER (Perfect Partner): Simon MacColl

Simon MacColl was Production Manager for Perfect Partner and continues to work with Electra on a freelance basis to tour the piece internationally.

SOUND DESIGNER / ENGINEER: Sherry Ostapovitch

Sherry consulted and engineered Kim Gordon and Jutta Koether's 'Reverse Karaoke' piece and has worked on its touring. In addition Sherry also works as a sound engineer for Electra events.

INTERN: Margarita Louca

Margarita is in her final year of a Graphic Design BA(Hons), specialising in Illustration at Central St Martins. She is part of the London-based Upset the Rhythm collective, founded two years ago, which is a non-profit DIY live music promoter and more recently, record label. She is also the co-founder of Nascent Press, a DIY screen printing studio and independent press.

CO-FOUNDER: Anne Hilde Neset

Anne Hilde Neset is the Deputy Editor of The Wire magazine and is the co-founder of Electra (with Lina Dzuverovic). Apart from regularly contributing to and developing the magazine, she has undertaken curatorial projects, the most recent ones being 'Her Noise' group exhibition (South London Gallery, film/performance commission 'Perfect Partner' by Kim Gordon, Tony Oursler and Phil Morrison (Barbican Centre and international tour) and 'The Sounds Of Christmas' installation by Christian Marclay (Tate Modern). She has also worked with Daria Martin as a music consultant developing soundtracks by Zeena Parkins and Maja Ratkje, as well as devising and teaching 'Sound And The 20th Century Avant Garde', a lecture series on sound art (Tate Modern).
